Although the boards can be laid as a floating floor, for uneven sub-floors or specific circumstances, a glue-down installation is also perfectly suitable with the Santiago Brushed White Oil boards.

Santiago Brushed White Oil flooring boards measure 2420mm in length by 187mm in width, with a thickness of 15mm and a 3.5mm wear-layer. Each pack has a coverage of 2.72m2. Santiago boards come with a 30-year domestic warranty.

Design

1-Strip, 4-Sided Microbevel - The surface layer of all 1-Strip Kährs flooring boards is sawn from a single piece of wood. This allows the natural appearance of the wood to shine through, including knots, colour variations and grain. Micro bevelling gently creates a subtle rustic finish - a bevelled edge feature on a 1-strip floor gives a very distinct look.

Flooring Finish

Brushed & Oiled - Brushing the surface emphasises the texture and grain of the wood to create an authentic, natural appearance. An oil finish further emphasises the fine structure of the wood, enhancing its colour and character. Oiled floors should be oiled regularly (applied easily with a microfibre mop), but maintenance and cleaning are simple.
