HD Deck is a wood plastic composite deck made of 100% FSC® certified hardwood flour, recycled plastic plus UV light absorbers and anti-oxidants which combine to produce a high quality finished product that outperforms traditional treated timber.
Product Specification
- 60% FSC certified Hardwood wood flour (Oak)
- 35% Recycled HDPE Plastic – ‘raw’ (shampoo bottles etc) cleaned and recycled on site
- 5% Additives – UV stabilisers and anti-oxidants
- High quality non-organic pigments
- High quality lubricants and coupling agents
- Superior wall thickness for strength and durability
- Tested for strength, impact resistance, weathering, extreme temperature cycles, UV resistance and water absorption
- x1 m2 of deck contains equivalent of 260+ 2-pint milk bottles
